Gradual slowing down or needing charging more often

Likely cause:

1. Single battery device: The battery is failing and will need replacing
2. Multiple battery device that is less than 2 years old: One of the rechargeable batteries has failed (not common). Test them separately and replace as needed
3. Multiple battery device that is 3+ years old: Replace the entire set.
